This fellow could be a character from one of Moebius sci-fi stories...

Highly interesting blog article about 19'th century clowns and acrobats - a fascinating world of very talented people who could do amazing things with their bodies and who's art lived on in early silent era cinema through more widely known geniuses like Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton and Harold Lloyd.
Found on the equally interesting blog:
Panzer: Pzkpfw VI, Königstiger
A couple of knocked out Kingtigers (or Tiger II) with the so-called "Porsche turret". Neither of the two designs used for Tiger II turrets were in fact made by the Porsche firm, both were designed by the gun manufacturer Krupp. Since only fifty Kingtigers were fitted with this type of turret, the location could be France where they were used in numbers during the battles after D-Day.
